Claims must be filed within the claim window after delivery.
Live-arrival claims need a recipient arrival report, arrival photos, packing photos, and protection selected at checkout.
Damage claims need photos of the box and packing photos.
Live-arrival protection is a service guarantee under our terms, not a regulated insurance product.
